"8 years ago I lost my child good best friend who was a marine. They cleaned out his place with no call to the family. The way they spoke to his mother is disgusting. I’m sick of seeing your commercials when all they do is bring up this tragic day. You seem to have terrible customer service with all your other 1 star reviews. Stay far away they have no respect for people or good customer service."

"I used Calloway for the first time to clean my carpets. I had a great experience from the beginning. Laura answered by call - scheduled my appointment. She was very friendly, personable and just over all really nice. Jeff the carpet cleaner was very professional and paid attention to small details. Takes pride in his work. (I have white / cream carpets) with two teenage boys - so things can get pretty messy. He got my carpets looks brand new and smelling fresh. I would recommend Calloway for carpet cleaning to anyone!"

"I cannot express how horrible. My experience with Calloway has been. I had fire damage in my office, I was given a quote, but never told that I would need to repaint and change the ceiling tiles to fully get rid of the smoke smell. I was told the job was 100% after allowing them the weekend cleaning my office, the below pictures are just from the ducks, my husband and I cleaned after them. I was told that the ball was dropped on me and that the cleaning hadn’t been done and so they sent two other guys in to do it. The smoke smell’s been there for three months now I paid them $3000 and got nothing but headache. Someone needs to give me my money back Cyndi Hutchinson."
