"I hope you don’t need to get into your house during an emergency because they will quote you a time and not show up for over an hour later. I called at 8:45 was given a time of 20 minutes. No one came to unlock my door until 10:20 and when I asked what could be done about the time it took, NOTHING was done and I even had to pay MORE than what I was originally quoted as the price. Definitely won’t be calling them again if needed and if I were you I wouldn’t call them either."

"I've used this kiosk to copy two keys and an apartment fob in the past year. I was nervous about the fob, but it as well as the keys work perfectly! The fob was mailed but it arrived much quicker than it said (I got it in a matter of days). It even copies keys that say do not copy (I had permission). Will always use this service for my needs."
