(I had to work late) I walked in at 6:58, literally 2 minutes before closing but David gladly explained my options for fixing the phone. I believe it was Jordan who did the repair. I could’ve paid about $50 to buy a new screen and tools to change the screen myself but I likely would’ve broken the phone. Both David & Jordan very knowledgeable and courteous."

"Came in to get an issue fixed, and even though they fixed it, a couple of other new issues happened while they were fixing the original issue. The phone is operating ok, I guess, but one of the new issues is that it takes almost 4 hours to charge the phone now. Customer service was very nice though. And since they couldn't completely fix the phone, they didn't charge me anything either. I would still take a phone there again if I had to. I'd also recommend having phone insurance. It helps with the overall cost."
