"Rich is beyond amazing. He put up with me and my husband dragging him out to one strange property after another at all hours for about 6-7 weeks. We encountered so many horror stories, two unintentional water features (leaks), a very creepy basement, and an attic with a mirrored ceiling, just to name a few and Rich was right along for the ride to the next one.
