You are worse than Finkelman, Art Frasik, and Bed Bug Rents. Oh I meant BBRENTS. Please feel free to prove me wrong by fixing problems at your property next to mine. 1. You do not screen your tenants. 2. You do not monitor or do inspections periodically to your properties. 3. You allow criminal activity to happen on your properties. 4. You fail to due routine maintenance on your properties. 5. You fail to do any capital improvements to your properties. 6. When there is a problem that a fellow home owner neighbor raises with you, you fail to communicate with that homeowner to yield a resolution. You are taking full advantage of our weak city government. You are more than welcome to meet with me to come up with a plan for better tenancy and much better building conditions."
