"This has got to be the slowest pnc I’ve ever been to! I waited in line for 10 minutes just to be told the wire department was closed! If you would have had someone directing people to either a teller or banker instead of making everyone wait, maybe I would have gotten my information in on time! I worked at PNC 4 years ago and it definitely doesn’t take as long as the teller took to deposit/cash a check. Not only that but the woman working the drive through I guess knew the person in line and was practically yelling and acting very unprofessional!"
