"Let me tell you about how professional, stellar, and effective the staff are! The best experience I’ve ever had at a physicians office. Dr. Lisa Fioretti is empathetic and a delight. Nicole (phlebotomist) is gentle and quick! Davvyn (physician assistant?) does the QUICKEST and most gentle vaccine shots. The entire internal medicine team are the best in the CITY! If you’re looking for women or Black women medical care - this is the place to go."

"I saw an OBGYN here and she was terrific. The staff were friendly, helpful and my wait time was less than 5 minutes. As a new patient I was worried but they were great! I was in and out quickly. They accept medicaid and take new patients. Decent place!"

"I was disappointed enough with the doctor visit and called the UC Health reporting line afterwards and then I get an outrageous bill. I was referred to the arthritis office from an outside organization. Everyone was friendly but the doctor spent half the visit going over my chart and questionnaire I sent in a month before the visit. Most of the remaining time was spent on the doctor telling me what she wouldn’t do. This visit was a waste of everyone’s time, I’m stuck with the bill and no way to convey my distain so I’m reduced to this one star review. I’ve written letters, no reply. I’ve called billing and customer service line, no help. I even completed an online survey, no reply. There is no way to engage in an honest conversation with this organization."

"Though the doctors at the practice were kind, knowledgeable, and helpful, the billing department and front desk were a nightmare. So was trying to get my daughters vaccination records. Literally working with anyone but the doctors and nurses was impossible, so we are forced to go elsewhere for healthcare. First off, billing. I would pay after my daughters appointment first thing to take advantage of the cash patient prompt pay discount. I think it saved us about 20%— at least it was SUPPOSED to! I’d pay, and then a few days later I’d get another bill in the mail. I’d call the number, tell them I already paid, they would tell me I must have been charged incorrectly or that I didn’t actually pay, they essentially told me “sucks, but you have to pay the bill again and take it up with the front desk where your originally paid.” Then I asked the front desk at the next appointment and they said “weird, you’ll have to take that up with billing.” I initially thought I was being charged the discount I received, but the math did NOT add up that way, it was much more than 20%! Then as we were planning to travel for Christmas, I attempted to get her vaccination records, which to this day (3 months later) I still haven’t gotten. All in all, don’t waste your time with this clinic unless you want to pay your bills twice and not have any sort of record of how your child was vaccinated. Such a shame though, the doctors really are great."
