"I checked and double checked to make sure that my insurance would be accepted, but when I arrived they told me it was not, even though I had pre checked in online with all of my insurance information. I was there anyway and needed glasses so I ended up paying out of pocket. The exam staff and doctor were good. They did, however, ask me if I was buying glasses through them as if I hadn’t just spent my glasses budget unexpectedly. Definitely not the staff’s fault, but it was still a large unplanned expense."

"I arrived about 1:25 to pick up my new glasses; however there was a sign on the door stating they were short staffed and they would be at lunch from 1:30-3:00. Which is insane. Then a young lady greeted me asking if I was there to pick up glasses. I stated yes; she proceeded to get them for me. Once she gave them to me she asked if I would like to try them on. Now mind you she did not measure them on my face nothing. I’ve wore glasses for years and purchased glasses from this company! The customer service sucked I won’t be back!"
