Dr. Erin N. Moushey

"Dr. Moushey is a knowledgeable physician. She doesn't sugarcoat what you need to do to improve health. However, she like many physicians, does not listen to the patient. For me, when I eat the diet that she recommends, the DASH diet, my skin dries and begins to crack and break and I develop pimples all over my body. When I asked to see a dietitian, she says I don't need to see one at this time. She also does not ask any follow-up questions as to why I would want to see a dietitian, or think I need to see your dietitian. There was also an issue when I changed pharmacies. I changed my pharmacy in My Chart. When I requested a refill, I reminded the office that I had changed pharmacies. The refill was sent to the old pharmacy. I called the new pharmacy and had them pull the prescription over. However, this doctor's office blamed me for the problem rather than admit that they sent it to the old pharmacy. After being a patient with this doctor for a little more than a year, I'm going to start looking for another physician as I don't think this is the right doctor for me."

"I accompanied a friend to an appointment and I told him that this doctor is not and will not have your best intrest in mind. She doesn't like to refer to specialty doctors even when she can't answer the question about flagged labs. After seeing her for a year he then saw what I saw in this shady doctor."

"I was referred to Dr. Moushey by a friend and I was over the moon with my care. She gave me all of her attention/focus/time, spoke clearly and respectfully, answered all of my questions, and I feel like she really listened to me. Her knowledge of the female body was really helpful to me as a patient, she referred me to a new Gyno/OBGYN that would be a better fit for me and my needs. My other concern was my weight, and Dr. Moushey was very tactful. She understands weight as hormone controlled giving me reading materials and challenging what I have learned. She was so helpful and gave me options. The only negative would be that when responded she couldn't keep eye contact but that did not effect my level of care."

"I visit once a year(because I’m a healthy individual). For the past 3 years I have had billing issues with her.... as well as communication issues. I’ve been reaching out to her for the last 2 weeks on another billing issue and have yet to get back from her. I’ve been to the office twice, emailed twice and called twice... still no response. At this point I don’t feel valued as a patient and I don’t recommend her services as I will soon be leaving her practice."

"I LOVE Dr. Moushey!! This lady is super awesome, she's so easy to talk to, never ever makes you feel uncomfortable. I adore her so much I even got my daughter to start seeing her, who loves her as well! The entire team is great. Dr Moushey is very prompt which I personally love because who has time to wait anymore, she's complete in her work and just an overall gem."
