"Needed to return something that was used once. And they wouldn't do it at first, however they decided to do it because of the amount of money spent on the returned items. However they wouldn't look my account up to find my receipt. I called corporate and they gave it to me right away, and taught me how to provide proof of purchase in the store. They corporate representative called the store to let them know I was coming and to put the return through. When I got there... They were not happy that I went around them and found a way to return my items. Even after I said how appreciative I was about them doing this, they were very short and snotty about it. I almost took these items back to another store, because when I called a different location, they were even willing to do an exchange without a receipt. But not the Newport store. They were willing to do NOTHING, until I called corporate on them. The only reason they are getting a second star, is because they do carry great products.
