"I had an endoscopy under anesthesia by Dr. kai ha done at Christ hospital.  I have autism and this was communicated to the staff multiple times but it seems like it was never addressed or written in the chart for me so other people in the practice are aware. They took a sample during the scope but I was never notified of the results instead I saw them for my self  on the Christ hospital my chart. At least they were normal! Thank goodness. I informed Dr.Ha’s medical assistant named Briana May via email that I was never notified of the results. She seems to brush me off or ignore me when I would reach to her. I reached out to her (Briana May ) his medical assistant about records because Dr ha prescribed me medication that seemed to work for me, and given my experience with Briana may and dr. ha , I decided to talk with my primary care physician to see if she feels comfortable taking over prescribing this, my primary care physician asked for records from gastro health and I reached out to Briana May via email about this and she never addressed it and told me to stop emailing her. This is so weird. So my advice to perspective patients or there caregivers if they have a developmental or intellectual disability. Make sure they put it in the system and also make sure you keep telling them at follow ups or when you or your loved ones are getting a procedure done that you inform them of any developmental or intellectual disability. I’m still needing my records sent to my primary care provider."

"Friendly reception customer service. Doctor Kai. Y Ha was very dismissive with my celiac panel test results conducted by my primary health care provider. Test came back inconclusive; Yet I still have the IgG antibody for celiac. Dr. Kai interrupted me when I tried to tell him that it wasn’t exactly negative, but he kept insisting that I had NEITHER antibody. I use MyChart and I have proof that it is an inconclusive test. This treatment was super disrespectful to me and I am super disappointed in how it played out. And no, he did not offer another celiac panel. How on God’s green Earth do I supposedly not have Celiac disease when my extreme reaction to gluten says otherwise, and I tested positive for the IgG antibody? This wasn’t even the reason for my visit either. He read my medical history and tests."
