"My wife was having unexplained pains and symptoms that were causing us real worry and anxiety, wondering what was wrong and what it might mean for us. Dr. Lane was great; she really made the time to sit with us and answer our questions, addressing our worries and helping us begin to find peace of mind. Dr. Lane stayed calm and professional throughout a difficult conversation, explained what we know so far and what we don't, and what treatments might be an option, depending on what the next test results show. We're really glad we went to Dr. Lane. At the end of our appointment yesterday, we left feeling better knowing that we have a doctor who not only has the medical knowledge and expertise to figure out what's going on and get my wife whatever treatment she needs, but who also makes the time to sit and talk with her patients, walking with them through their struggles. Truly great care from a great doctor."

"I was denied care because they said I had a relationship with another obgyn. The receptionist completely mishandled all info I gave him and didn’t want to listen or understand anything I was saying . Which I later spoke with Dr Lane and asked Dr Lane herself how long before applying as a new patient have I had to be the previous obgyn patient she couldn’t give me an answer Dr Lane’s office completely dissatisfied me with their customer service it was terrible . And she didn’t feel obligated to make sure I was fully informed . I wouldn’t recommend this office to a horse delivering a baby ."

"I took my young family member to Dr.Lane, we were excited about being referred to our first women of color doctor because we never had a women Doctor of color. We thought it would be an experience of connection and understanding. The whole experience was so bad, that my young family came to the car crying and embarrassed on how she was treated by Dr lane and staff. Never going back there Now she will not go to another person of color because of that experience. Dr.lane and staff treated her like a low life off the streets that they could look down on. Asking unprofessional questions like they never been young before. The worst part they didnt know if the young women could have been in trouble or being harm. Because they never talked to her just wanted more information about the other black referring doctor, in the black culture we do not treat each other with respect. Blacks have to show our worth first" before being treated with kindness. This review is all my opinion and our experience."

"I have a ton on my plate. And trying to wrap up all my health concerns by the end of the year has been a challenge. But this obgyn office has great Welcoming atmosphere and staff that care. I must say I had a lovely experience via phone with receptionist joy. I had questions about my benefits and co pay for an upcoming visit. Even though I am an over thinker and worrisome she ensured me to get the right answers. We ended up getting the information for my concern. Its lovely having an office that care about your concerns the same way you do; in a kind, efficient, and professional manner as joy. Keep up the great work."
