"I had an appointment with Dr. Moore for a sinus infection. I was 10 minutes late but was told when I called that I would be ok unless I arrived 15 minutes after my scheduled time. However, when I arrived, I was then told she could not see me. When I explained that I was ill, I was told that I could wait and she would see me if she could. Over an hour later I saw her. I had had a cold for two weeks which two days earlier became a sinus infection. Dr. Moore told me that I would have to have had it for 10 days before she would do anything. I have never been told this by a doctor regarding an infection. So afterwards, I went to an Urgent Care. By then I had nearly lost my voice. The doctor there reviewed my over-the-counter medications, made suggestions for changes and prescribed antibiotics. The changes he recommended helped immediately. He was far more professional, friendlier and competent than Dr. Moore."
