"The guy at the top is trying to micromanage a newly hired manager. This new hire was brought in by the board to replace someone who left. The new hire is perfect at his job, but the guy at the top is sabotaging the new guy at every turn. The board is wondering why everything isn't running smoothly. You will get caught up in this eventually somehow. My manager would ask me to do silly things all because the guy at the top didn't understand the business. The new hire was always the more rational and logical person. I often found that the decisions the guy at the top made were against the recommendations of the rest of the leadership. I don't think the guy at the top knows how to run a business. Pick up any leadership book, and you quickly realize the guy at the top has broken some of the main principles. When you delegate the work out, you let them make the decisions. If there is an issue, you approach them for solutions. You don't micromanage and force them to do things against their will. There are intelligent people working there, but you have to let them apply their knowledge and experience. I believe I was fired, because the owner saw me as a threat to his job security. I was getting the management together often and learning a lot about how the company was mismanaged. It's so sad. The company could be doing wonders, but one bad apple is spoiling the entire operation. I mean, my boss and his boss both straight up told me that they don't agree with his decision to fire me. What a shame. Good luck to anyone involved with this company."
"If you’re looking for a stable, non volatile career this place is NOT IT. Decided to bring up a nine month old hearsay incident that led to termination of an almost 3 year employee that never missed a day, never called in and always showed up even on his days off. Was literally the best driver that they had, And just because someone said something negative about him nine months ago, they decided to bring it up and as a result, he was terminated. With a baby on the way and everything. If you want a reliable job, please avoid this place."
"It was lovely having a driver cut me off hard core down off 3L today by Walmart. I obviously honked and tried to go around him but he blocked both lanes so I couldn't pass... Then he decided to honk back, flip me off and then wave and smile at me as he pulled away, like he thought he was cute or something. Very professional lol"
"Yall need to tell your drivers to slow tf down especially around st. Elizabeth. They almost hit me two days in a row from not LOOKING."
"To start off my Father-in-law was rushed to St. Elizabeth in Edgewood over a week ago. He started getting better so we dropped his phone off to the Emergency room well long story short. He went unresponsive and had to be moved quickly and his phone got lost in the sheets and sent to Tri State and after many many phone calls and a visit his phone finally shows up and to my surprise his SIM card was stolen out of his phone!!! I am not saying anything else but if you're missing anything and it comes to this place chances are you might not get it back without being very consistent!"
