"They want you here early and if your not here early they want you to reschedule. But yet even when you do get here early they make you wait for 30-45 without any updates or consideration minutes and it’s pathetic. Your schedule doesn’t matter to them. They are nice in person but the scheduling is totally inconsiderate and makes no sense. Not even a call or a talk from the desk if they are running late and if you need to reschedule if you have something else a little after. If you don’t want your clients late no matter how much money you make don’t expect them to not get upset if your late to them too without reason."

"I give this visit a three star for one reason: My appointment time was 9:30 AM, the doctor shows up at 10:13AM. I was not told he was running late. I was given no explanation as to why he was late. I was just left sitting in the room wondering! If he’s going to be 40+ minutes late just tell me so I can do something productive. Would the doctor tolerate me showing up 40+ minutes late to my appointment? I don’t think so!"

Scheduled echo cardiogram and bl work before next scheduled appointment to be able to give us a complete evaluation of how to treated in the future."
