"This place is horrible. Mom had a bad bed sore on her back side. Feces in her finger nails. Wasn't cleaned well and didn't assist her when they brought her food in, just dropped it off. Keep an eye on your loved ones if they have to go there, and if possible try and get them to another site."

"This facility should be investigated for criminal negligence and shut down immediately. My mom developed a terrible bedsore while she was a patient which we were told was improving. I personally observed her use the call button without anyone responding for two hours or more. By the time she was sent to the hospital the bedsore had rotted to the bone. Staff made my mom sit in a dialysis bed all day which I’m told contributed to her condition. As an aside, the gentleman across the hall from my mom recorded video diaries about how poorly he was treated. I left a message with the director to report my concerns but he didn’t return my call. Unfortunately I had to give one star or I couldn’t submit a review but in complete honesty they don’t even deserve it."

"I sat outside with Jeff for a long time today. The grounds are amazing! We love it. Went to his room, then Jeff went to the ice cream Social. Of course I love Jay! Roslyn helped me with some paperwork. Roslyn has been so friendly. The only issue I have is Jeff has asked several CNA 's on his unit to help him wash his legs and feet, he can't wash them by his self. He has not had 1 shower since he has been there! SINCE FEBRUARY! I have to change his sheets."

"I started at Clovernook in December, and let me just tell you guys I have worked in different types of places, but here is a family. They welcomed me with open arms. They are so funny. We do so many fun activities with residents and staff. I have pictures attached of the general store that activities lay out for the residents that can’t get out or don’t have family to provide them with some of their wants and needs. I thought this was super cute and convenient. There is laughter and games. Every building has things that they can improve on, so we focus on patient care first but are trying to improve on anything that is lacking! I have no doubt this team will work together and be even better than they already are! Thank you so much everyone for giving me the chance to join the CCH Clovernook family."
