"This place is having people leave fake positive reviews recently. Unfortunately, I have inside knowledge of this. Friend of a friend who works there. If you want the real experiences, look at the 1 star reviews. This place needs deeply investigated and shut down. There is so much going on there that they are trying desperately to hide (instead of just fixing things). I have knowledge that they falsify medical records as well like if a patient has legitimate complaints, sometimes they will mark down that person is having hallucinations even when they don’t, that kind of thing. This place is insidious and desperate to deflect negative attention. Those who I’m referring to about the fake reviews, and the persons pushing that the fake reviews be posted, you know who you are and you should be ashamed of yourself."

"I visited this location around three years ago... This facility was among the most beneficial environments I encountered for my mental health, despite the requirement to take medications that I was unfamiliar with and the discomfort of sharing a room during my stay. I do want to acknowledge that the staff at that time were quite friendly and laid-back, and that's always good to see a team that truly cares about what they do."

"If I could give no stars I would!!!! I highly recommend to stay far away as possible from this place especially if you have a minor child who you love unconditionally!!! All I’m saying is the care my son (14) received just being there 1 day was absord and very unprofessional! He called me freaking out because other patients was hitting him and spitting on him and the staff told him to walk away. Let alone they put an ankle monitor on him like if your in a locked down facility why an ankle monitor? So fast forward I called cause I was like what in the world is going on no one could give me any answers so I said I am coming to get my child to take him to a different facility to get help they proceeded to tell me I was not allowed that he is pink slipped!!! Went on today and they continued to tell me I was not allowed to get my MINOR child out of there I was so upset that I contacted my sons psychiatrist and she told me the laws and contacted this facility and made them release my son to me… so please if you care about your loved one I would not recommend this place at all."

"If I could give zero stars I would. My mother was admitted there on Thursday I called Friday and left my information requesting a doctor or social worker call me. No one ever called. I called Monday multiple times and no one was available to talk to me. I called Tuesday morning and the nurse was busy, I called back two hours later and my mother had already been discharged. ZERO discharge planning or communication with family. I am absolutely appalled by the lack of communication. My mother is a harm to herself and to others and if anyone would have bothered to take my call or God forbid call me back they would have known that. As a nurse, I cannot believe the lack of communication, discharge planning, and basic critical thinking skills displayed at this facility. An untrained professional could CLEARLY see my mother was not safe for discharge but somehow an entire care team missed it? Shameful."

"My daughter’s recent stay, this facility did a good job at getting her the help she needed. It would’ve been nice for them to do one on one therapy with her. But the staff was good to her. The facility was clean. She said the food was good. The bad thing was communication. It was hard for me to get into contact with the social worker and the NP to talk about my daughter and the progress she was making. Nursing staff was always available if I needed to speak to them."
