"Dr. Chen is great but his nurse assistant could support him better by following up with the patient as soon as he leaves the room to make sure his orders are followed. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired which makes the experience unpleasant. I waited for the support team for an extended amount of time, I heard them outside of the room I was sitting in talking and giggling, after a while I went out and asked her did she speak with the doctor and she told me she didn’t, a good support team would have been more attentive to what the doctor was doing and make sure the patients needs were met. I needed surgery on my hand and she gave me a card to call her to schedule the procedure- what kind of service is that? My appointment was Friday and it’s now Tuesday. Who operates a business like that? This is the second bad experience I have had with the staff, but Dr. Chen is a pleasant person and is honest and thorough in his observations."

"I had to have carpel tunnel surgery and was referred to Dr. Chen. I was very impressed with the entire experience from working with his nurse to his personal follow-up call after my surgery to make sure I was doing ok. During my follow-up visit to get the stitches out, they told me what to expect over the next several weeks so that I would know that what was occurring was normal. I loved how they made me feel like I was part of the process. When I have to have the left hand done in a few months there isn’t another surgeon I would want working on me."

"Dr. Chen seems very knowledgeable, however my visit with him felt rushed and he did not give a detailed or thorough explanation of my MRI results of my hand. After my visit I did reach out to him via messaging in "mychart" and he was able to provide me with further explanation through his medical records notes. I still do not feel like my injury is being thoroughly addressed and I will most likely end up seeking consultation / a second opinion from another clinician."

"Wonderful experience working with Doctor Chen,he's down to earth and tells it like it is. I know what I'm talking about, he's done both my hands for carpal tunnel surgery. I'm already showing improvement on the right hand and just did my left hand today (6/13/24). Looking forward to getting back on my motorcycle. Thanks Doc for your help and time to try and make things right for me and thanks to your team for their professionalism and most of all their sense of humor.
