"I hired CRS First Response because we had a leak coming from upstairs down into our basement. They came over and immediately started the drying out process and locating where the leak was at. They located the leak and completely updated all of the plumbing in my bathroom upstairs as well as my sink in my kitchen. They ripped out my previous existing bathroom and laid new flooring, installed a pocket door between my bathroom and my bedroom , a new bathtub, shower surround, vanity sink, toilet, all of it everything is brand new. The work that they did was extremely professional and the quality literally compares to no one else that I have had in my house. Every step of the way also was clean. They protected my floors that were already down in my home. And they protected the tile once it was laid in my bathroom. I appreciated the extra step that they did to ensure that the process was as comfortable as possible to continue to be in my home . We have three boys who are very active and I appreciated how kind they were to them. We have had a lot of bad experience with construction people who have been hired to do jobs and their quality is horrible. I'm super picky and particular about how I want things to be finished and they were very patient with me and listened to all of my concerns and even listen to my horror stories from previous companies. I just needed them to know that I was very nervous about undertaking such a big project. But they listened and assured me that I absolutely would not go bad at all. I wouldn't change one single thing about the bathroom remodel or my experience with CRS. Absolutely breathtaking when you walk in. And Professional Service that's all I can ask for. Oh yeah and they did it all for a very reasonable price. I learned that you can't pay less and expect grade a quality. You have to pay for what you want. And they were worth every single penny that I paid them."
