"The best part of Tractor Supply is their staff. They are always courteous and willing to help. There are some items that I could buy elsewhere, but I go to Tractor Supply instead because of the convenience and the staff. This is my go-to place for hardware, pet food, and animal feed. Update: Tractor Supply is still awesome."
"Their website is slower than molasses. I finally had to call them to let them know I was there for my curbside pickup. At least no one was parked in the curbside pickup only slot. The previous 2 times I picked up curbside there were cars parked in the restricted parking slot. Those folks went into the store to shop. Obviously people in Ohio can't read. They can't drive either."
"We have been dealing w/ Tom and Drew for a little while now, and I am beyond happy with all my purchases. I would recommend them for a few reasons: #1 being the PROFESSIONAL customer service, #2 being the quality of items, and #3 being the knowledge of items they carry. Everyone we have encountered has been extremely helpful. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!"
"Got there 5 minutes before closing. Representative working the door was very rude. Would not let me in. I was needing a medication for my bull. Told me in a rude way I did not have time to shop. Good workers is getting harder to come by. Afraid might have to stay over a couple of minutes"
"If I could rate 0 stars I would. My trip here was good right up until I went to go over the the baby chickens. There is 2 small signs stating that team that members only were allowed to handle chickens(that I did not notice). Then I was approached by a man supposedly by the name of Tom. Tom was a real d**k. He approached me while I was opening the gate and told me to leave the store and that I was super disrespectful. It would not of been a big deal if he approached me and asked me nicely and then it would of been over and this review would not have existed. Keep in mind I’m from out of town and a long term customer of tractor supply and have never received this kind of treatment."
