"Normally very pleased with BEI. However, recently I reserved a boom lift on a Friday with Lindsey for 8 days later- she assured me it would be there for pickup on Saturday at 8am, even though 1 of 2 boomifts was down for repairs. I called the day before to let them know I was still coming to pick it up. Was told it was still out and would not be back until Tuesday. Had to re-reserve for 2 weeks later, which us a major problem, since I had tools and manpower all set up for the original weekend. What good is a reservation, if BEI doesn't ensure the tool will be there as promised? Not up to par, BEI!"

"always fast to help and really great staff. helpful and always find what we need in a pinch. i direct a long term care facility nearby and we have 130 rooms. BEI gets us everything we can possibly need and more from daily supplies, tool rental , and even a laugh or 2. long tenure of employees says a lot about the owner and who they all like to work for. this is a fantastic business. shop local. while the big box stores are literally right by it , i always choose to drive right past them. keep your money local. support this awesome place"

"I work for the company that manages their website. We've had them as loyal customers for over eight years. Larry, Ian and Jacquie are a pleasure to work with. I visited them along with my associate this morning to meet with Jacquie and Ian and get a feel for the store and was welcomed despite not having a scheduled appointment as we were in the area. They have a great inventory and wide selection of everything from rental equipment to cleaning solution and commercial and industrial supplies for contractors. Their service to the community for over 40 years is impressive, and add to that their being owned by the same family all that time is even more so!"
