"We have spent $50,000 in patio doors and windows. They were great! We ordered entry doors last August and we were supposed to be in no later than Feb. and we keep calling but they have no answers since the doors arent directly made by Anderson. Then, the last call we find out they were back ordered but no one told us that in all the follow ups we made. The management was supposed to call within 48 hrs and it’s been over a week. Nothing. These doors are $20,000. So I’ve waited this long and could have went elsewhere. DO NOT use them for entry doors since this is not what they do and source it out. I am a designer and very familiar with realistic expectations and this is not one."

"Ordered new kitchen windows in January for a full redo of kitchen,waited patiently got the confirm message ,everything is set for May 10 for installation. Worked hard to get old windows out and all measured for new windows, have area all clear for them ,as our windows will be shorter for counter top,unhooked sink with cabinet, have plastic up.Took day off work. Said they should be here between 8-10 am my husband got the call after 8 that the truck did not bring my windows,they would have to cancel...what!!! I'M absolutely furious. spoke to sales person,she said she would reach out to management and they would call me! Now 12: 00 pm NO CALL. In future when confirming I suggest you say if windows are in we will be there......."

"We ordered windows in September 2021 and installation was set for February 2022. Initial install lasted 2 days. The windows are expected, but he installation crew were not adequately trained. Only one spoke enough English to get through the days. The quality of the install is very poor. We contacted our sales person whom stated they couldn’t do anything to help – they were not the least bit concerned about the issue. We called customer service who transferred us to the install department. They took our information and stated our concerns would be escalated and a manager would phone us back. That never happened. The installation crew manager rescheduled a third day to return to our house to complete the install and redo the poor-quality work from the first two days. There is inside trim pieces, literally sitting on the floor where it fell from the window frame. The plastic is still on the outside of the windows as we are waiting for them to return to finish the job. It has been over 3 weeks now. To our knowledge, we do not have a return date. We had decided that we would pay the premium price to have the best in the market, but now, wondering if second best would have been a better choice."
