"The crew did Great work."
"We were unaware of a leak in our hot water pipe to the shower in the bathroom as it was under the floor causing major damage. After calling insurance, the adjuster came out and it was a major problem. Service Master came and Chris and his team guided us through the entire process. The damage spread to other rooms in our home besides just the bathroom. This was a major renovation. After Corey’s great work of mediating the water damage it was time to rebuild. Construction manager Ray stepped in. Ray’s team were extremely professional, prompt, and courteous! They worked diligently until the project was complete. Special thanks to Mark who worked with Ray! A true pro, I’m so glad we chose to use Service Master Integrity Restoration! If you want great professionals this is the company to pick! We were extremely happy with the outcome!"
"After this last bout of ice and rain, my sump pump failed. I came home after work to find about 15 inches of water in my basement. I called my insurance company to start a claim...it's 6pm on a Thursday! They put me in contact with Service Master. Ray calls me 10 mins later and asks me what happened. I let him know the sump pump failed. He contacted their plumber. They showed up first thing Friday morning. Replaced the pump, pumped the water out and set up their equipment to dry out my basement. Took a week to get it all dried out. They came out every day to check out the equipment and the basement. Once it was dry, they removed all my things that were not salvageable and discarded them. All the members of their team have been wonderful to deal with during this unfortunate event. Noah kept me up to speed on everything that was going on and each time someone was coming out. I truly was happy with this company...but I hope I don't need them again!"
"They were three hours late when they first arrived but they did a good job at cleaning up the flood in our basement. The issue is within their communication. They couldn't figure out my phone number for 2 weeks for some reason and would just show up (which is rather obnoxious when you have loud dogs and a sleeping baby). Then, they are apparently not used to the customer paying for the clean up instead of an insurance company. It took me over a week AFTER the service was completed to get them to answer the phone (I swear I left 10 messages and even went in person and finally got so frustrated I called corporate office). Then it took even longer to get the bill. So once I got the bill I paid it immediately. I waited several days after not seeing the check clear my account and messaged to see if they had gotten it (had to use a drop box). The finance person calls me telling me my bill is in and asking me how I want to pay it.... I told them I did and he says oh, yeah it's right here. Basically the work that was completed was great, but everything else was a nightmare. They need to seriously work on their customer service and communication."
