"When you wake up and you think it’s a normal day, but it’s not, the BASEMENT IS FLOODED! It was quite a day! Servpro of Middletown/Springboro were our hero’s! They arrived by 9:00 and they worked tirelessly for 12 hours. Our recently updated basement is gutted, and the kitchen is in the yoga studio, but we are safe and water free! We can not say enough amazing things about Servpro, thorough, professional, informative, in constant contact with our insurance company…truly the best!"

"It was water and sewage clean up. Serv Pro people were friendly. However contractors they used stole items. (We were reimbursed for some. Some items could not be replaced). We were told furniture could be kept but then later we’re told it had to be taken. Was it used/sold by Serv Pro? Some materials in basement were ruined in clean up that should not have been. Overall I would rate them very, very poorly. No Stars at all."

"Jesse and his team were excellent to work with and did a thorough job with cleanup and dry out after a basement flood. Communication throughout the process was very good and the entire team was polite and friendly even while working long shifts after a major storm."

"My kitchen floor was flooded and had to be replaced. My Insurance Co said they used Servepro and I told them that was fine! I had used them before and I knew they would do a great job! The loading, the packing, the haul-away, the return, the remediation-all was done professionally and in a timely manner. I never met a player from there that I didn’t appreciate! Wish I had all their names but Liz and the crew, Jen, the clean-up crew, -all worked hard and long! I don’t think I’ve ever had a cell phone answered quicker than when I call Jen. She takes care of business! The best part- I think they all truly enjoy their jobs!"
