"Zero project management. We are continuously fixing and paying for mistakes that were made. Most rooms need re painted, wrong size heat pump was installed and not corrected until 3 months after when our house wouldn't get warm- we were left with the hefty electric bill, attic wasn't insulated until 3 months after we moved in and our house wouldn't get cool, we are still waiting on exterior can lights and bathroom fixtures 6 months after moving in, he didn't have funds to order things when it would be time to order and always wanted more money, nothing on the exterior was caulked (door or lights). There are more things I could add to this list. Do your research and find a better builder!"
