Dr. Grote earned his medical degree from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his general surgery residency at Kettering Health Dayton. With a deep connection to the community, having grown up in Ross, Ohio, Dr. Grote is passionate about serving the people he loves. He specializes in advanced laparoscopic procedures, hernia repair, minimally invasive and endoscopic alternatives, breast cancer surgery, colon surgery, wound care, and robotic surgeries.

As part of the Kettering Health Cancer Care Breast Surgery panel, Dr. Grote collaborates with a multidisciplinary team of physicians to ensure comprehensive care for his patients. He is currently accepting new patients and works closely with individuals and their families to develop personalized care plans.
