"keep leaving my mail in other boxes. I called still the same new mail man cant get it right"

"The mailman from this location decided to stop all my mail from coming to my address. I cannot believe this! This should be illegal-how could someone other than the resident stop mail from coming to residence? Now I have to go to the post office and straighten this out what an inconvenience!"

"This location is awful. They have lost my package, never called me back regarding more information. I’ve came twice in person and they say they can’t help me but my tracking says “Out for delivery” and has for the past 3 days. If you live on the east side make sure your carrier isn’t USPS.. it will get lost."

"Great service. I had some issues with packages not being delivered and forwarded to an address I never lived at. Annette was beyond helpful and her demeanor on the phone was so funny and kind. She definitely went above and beyond, I hope to get her assistance every time in at the post office! Thank you Annette"

"wish i could give 0 stars.. literally the worst post office i have ever dealt with. They have lost between 10-20 of my packages and I have only lived here for 6 months. They are not helpful when you call to ask about the missing packages. All they say is "our system says that it was delivered, so it was." You would think after the second missing package they would make sure that it wouldn't happen again but nope. I am livid."
