"Since Memorial Day 2024 I stopped getting mail on a regular basis. For 6 years we got our mail from 10-11 am 6 days a week without any issues. Now our mail comes from 3-5 pm with more days without mail than ever before. My Informed Delivery says I'm supposed to receive mail but most days it's wrong. This has only started happening since Memorial Day 2024. Getting answers from a human being is like getting a liberal to tell the truth while breathing. I just want to know what the hell is going on with My Mail in Deer Park!"

"I don't understand the negative reviews. I have received awesome customer service each and every time. I stop in at least once a week for the past year to pick up packages. I have interacted with three women employees and they are professional, kind, and efficient. Thank you for the awesome customer service and efficiency, I greatly appreciate it."

"If this is the location where JOHN the station manager work, I am filing a CONSUMER AFFAIRS and BBB COMPLAINT today ALSO BLASTING THIS LOCATION ON SOCIAL MEDIA FOR THE DIGUSTING BEHAVIOR THAT THE WORKER DISPLAY, WHICH IS A WHOLE MISREPRESENTATION OF THE POSTAL SERVICE, this guy hung up in my face 2 times, very obnoxious,Rude,disrespectful, disgusting, distasteful,rodent. They falsified shipping claiming they attempt to deliver my package yesterday, saying there was no access, this was a lie, my complex is a open entry community, ge had a whole attitude when he call me because I made a complaint, this office closes at 5pm they attempted to deliver at 510pm per day, but reported to the shipper they attempted to deliver at 410pm, so which one is it?????? The usps governor is the ones who handle such so people if you experience such behavior from any of their workers file a uspsp consumers affairs complaint, and then call customer service to file and get a complaint number."

"I waited all day for my mail. They lie to you you have to call real early because all their fone numbers are attached to fax machine. I hate being lied to. I needed that mail The supervisor on day shift knows their phones are set to fax machines so no one and bug them. They don’t do the job they just lie. I am so upset they do not care. They deliver to Orchard and Bantry and my street is a dead end My street is a dead end we are nobodies They will deliver to the rich people not us. I saw 3 postal workers out not 1 said they covered my street. They do not care. You should be able to reach them by phone but they stuck a fax on it so body can call."

"Completely terrible. I’ve been waiting 3 days for a package that keeps going out but never gets delivered (and no it doesn’t need to be signed for). No one answers the phone despite when or how many times you call and speaking to the operator is a complete headache. Employee was more focused on her personal phone conversation than actually trying to resolve the issue. It’s a complete waste of time going to the actual post office you’d just have to repost your mail/package stolen or play the waiting game."
