"I went there to mail an international shipment. The response of the postal worker was "oh no". Then she said it won't ship out until custom forms are filled out. When I asked for the form, she said it needs to be done online. So I asked her if she can do it since there was a computer right in front of her. She pulled up the form and said (in a completely disinteresting tone) the she'll have to fill out "all this". I told her that the package needs to be weighed. She reluctantly weighed my priority box while grunting at it's weight, brought it back, left it in front of me and walked away. I would give zero stars for the unprofessional attitude. It's a shame that such unprofessional attitude exists on the Xavier campus."
