"The driver of van S-189 license plate HBD9517, HONKED AT ME AT A RED LIGHT, THEN FLIPPED ME OFF. I HV MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS, AND WOULD RATHER DIE THAN USE UR SERVICE! Ur company is awful for employing people like this!!"
"If i could give zero stars i would! Almost made me miss my appointment multiple times. These are very unprofessional people, they dont care about you or how important your doctors appointment can be. I specifically told them not to be late and to calculate the traffic in their drive time but they tell you yes no problem but then when you call them and ask why youre running late they tell you there is traffic, like come on i specifically told you there would be traffic!!! I called my insurance and told me never ever send me meda care drivers. UPDATE: I DID MISS MY APPOINTMENT, WASTED MY TIME. THE DISPATCHERS "GUARANTEED" ME THAT I WOULD NOT BE LATE. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, THEY ARE IRRESPONSIBLE AND DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR APPOINTMENTS. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!"
"Didn’t want to complain because for the most part we have had good service and I don’t think the driver intentionally wanted anything to happen but my aunt slid out of her wheelchair and I tried to tell the driver and he either didn’t understand me or didn’t want to stop because we were close to the destination which is unacceptable. He then tried to lift her up under her arms even when I tried to explain to him we shouldn’t be doing that because of her new port she had placed and in general and she slid down again. She’s very sore and now cannot do her therapies as easily. Please educate your drivers. We had to have the fire department come and check her out and almost made her miss her doctors appointment."
"The experience with MedaCare was horrifying. The first driver was texting on his phone and swerving all over the whole transport. Then he was talking on his phone when dropping off. The next guy was nice BUT I prefer not to have my ride filled with political talk. I find this very unprofessional and reckless. I would not recommend them at all. Keep your loved ones safe."
"I’ve been driving for work in the greater Cincinnati region for over 8 years. Medacare drivers are notorious for being rude, inconsiderate, and downright careless. All traits that won’t make an elderly/disabled person feel safe/secure during transportation. At this point you can’t blame the drivers anymore, you have to hold the management accountable for allowing such crude behavior to occur for years on end. So go ahead management, reply with your cookie cutter “sorry send us the vehicle number” when that info is already on the review photo. You don’t care and you’re not fooling anyone."
