"I came here all the time as a college student and the ladies that work here are so nice and getting my "annual" was always quick and painless. My complaint is this: many of the brochures and pamphlets are only available in Spanish and the waiting room is always full of what I assume must be illegal aliens from Mexico and Cuba who allow their 3-5 children to yell and scream & run around bothering whoever they want. Please KY, invest in brochures for English speaking natives and tell the parents not to allow their children to run rampant (or schedule children for the last half of the day)... They really do cause appt times to get pushed back way beyond acceptable."
