"I'd give this location 0 stars if it was an option, the customer service from the techs are disgusting but after speaking with their supervisor, it makes more sense as to why the techs act the way they do, they only know as much as they are shown. Being in healthcare sometimes gets a bad rep, because we allow uncompassionate people such as the individuals employed at this pharmacy to handle our healthcare needs and they have no regard for us other than a paycheck. FILL SOMEWHERE ELSE, where people can communicate at a level higher than a barn animal."

"I love shopping here. I'm able to get most everything I need and at a great price with all the sales and coupon offers. Usually has multiple different merchandise options that you can build Walgreens cash from. They always have a deal or sale running."

"Waited for ever on hold for the lady in pharmacy to be extremely rude. I needed a medication last week it is sold otc but I have 2 insurances and should be covered they told me it needed a pa and were unwilling to explain that process and told me if I needed it and it was cheaper then I should just go ahead and buy it elsewhere. Got a text something was going on with another prescription so I called, they said that they would start working on it and asked about the pa for the other medication and how it worked... and then asked when for an estimate for how long the medication would take, she didn't want to answer questions and when I said would it be like 3 or 4 hours she was really dismissive said no MAM you'll get a text when it is ready, and then I asked who I was speaking with and she hung up on me. Tried to call back and ask who I had spoke to because I am going to be a Karen about this the gentleman I spoke with said everyone in the back answers the phones so he wasn't sure who it was. I have lived in this area my whole life and gone to this pharmacy as long as I can even remember, they are hiring some absolute scumbags here."

"10/4/23 @ 830 Called and listened to their recording for 15 minutes. The one that repeats itself every 15 seconds. Had to call back. Again. Finally talked to Melissa. We were trying to find what store a prescription was sent to. She was so incredibly nasty. I'm appalled. Holy cow. Really. To be so nasty when asked for help and to say point blank "I can't pull it up out of thin air" I'll be making a call to corporate."

"Mall Road Walgreens has the rudest female pharmacist. They are very disorganized. I waited over an hour to get 3 prescriptions filled, got home to find they had only filled two of them. Called them and because my insurance didn’t cover it, it was not filled nor was I even informed of this and could have used my HSA card to cover it. Will never go back! Long lines and many discontented customers."
