"I was very nervous after reading the reviews on this company that I wasn’t going to have a positive experience when I went to get my vehicle from them, but honestly they were very kind about everything. The lady I talked to on the phone was very sweet and didn’t mind my calls every hour to see if the paperwork had been sent over so I could make an appointment to get the vehicle along with my questions that I had. I knew from when my car got picked up that at least the the tow drivers were very friendly, which I never came at them with any type of attitude since it was my fault I was having to deal with them in the first place so that may be the difference between my experience and the others that have made reviews about the experience they have had. I wanted to make a positive review for them so that hopefully if someone else is in my shoes they can read something that isn’t so intimidating and feel better when reaching out to this company on figuring everything out. Hopefully I never have to reach out to them again but if that was to happen I will know that they are good people and not be as scared to do so."

"This type of predatory business will disappear in 6 months will fall with this sickening system, will be taking my car to dealership for a check up pretty sure they damaged the transmission.."

"So just got my from them and the shady looking guy working the lot hit another car while he was backing my vehicle out to pull it up for me and they said they couldn't do anything about it, I even have a video with the guy getting out to put the rear bumper back on like nothing happened. And apparently the workers don't have the owners number that owns the lot because that is why the couldn't do anything because the owner wasn't there, but that's ok I will be contacting the insurance company and already filed the police report. This is not over!!!!"

"This place illegally holds personal items for Ransom. Told me I was responsible for fees that has to be paid for first before I can get my personal items. My title, important court documents and so on. I will be informing the BBB and getting in contact with a lawyer. These people are evil."

"I asked for my personal belongings to be returned to me (that they left in the car). They lied to me over the phone (the owner, Mary and the other lady) that they would see if a driver could get them to me. NOTHING done a week later. Karma will get you no worries."
