"horrible customer service my son has been on the wait list for over a year and every time I call they constantly give me the run around. I have spoke with Karen several times and she told me specifically that we would get a call in April for him to start in June, and when i called today to start on that process she then told me that it wouldn't be until August or September. They obviously need to get things organized."
