"Arrived early for our appointments, yet we waited a full hour past our appointment time to be called back. When asked why the delay the employee stated there’s only a single doctor on Friday and Saturdays so this is normal. They have more than ample staff on shift all working in one speed… slow. Not a single employee smiled or was pleasant. Definitely low job satisfaction there or may disappointment with having a store full of customers. We had our eyes exams and were very satisfied with the doctor but unwilling to remain to purchase glasses at this location. We took our prescriptions to Walmart where they were more than happy to assist paying customers with the purchase of three pairs of glasses."
"The staff was friendly and patient with me when I attempted to switch payment methods and it didn't end up working and I had to use the original payment method I began with. They are patient and deserve raises! The Dr was very friendly and had a pleasant disposition. 10/10 Always a pleasure doing business there."
