They don't know, school don't know, nobody knows how they work... but right know my son could be in a bus that he isn't not listed just because the office hasn't updated the new info... then if you call and got lucky to be answered still confused about it they hang up the phone... good customer service!!!"

"My son has rode the bus for three years, 2 for junior high and last year as a freshman and this year his stop isn’t on the list anymore and they said we live 1.9 miles away, even though we live 2.1 miles away and now he has to walk. The guy said he was just lucky he got away with it previously, even though the bus stop was two house CLOSER to the school from my house."

"They answered all my questions when I was worried why my child was late from the bus they kept me on the phone the whole time until they found exact bus route and gave me approximate time she would arrive she showed up right at that time maybe 5 mins earlier then they said thank you so much!!!"

"Absolute joke and should be reported. They've misplaced my special needs son 3 times. They'll skip your kids pick up and tell u that u weren't outside unless u have cameras to prove their lying. They've cussed at elementary kids. They come at a different time every single day. Allows a kindergartener with a bus aid to be bullied by a 3rd grader and refuses to separate the kids after mine was physically assaulted. I would be ashamed to even associate myself with this bus "service" it's been nothing but an inconvenience and they don't even like kids. Get rid of these people they are not fit to keep children safe. Not mine at least"
