"I called 911 at around 12am on April 19th due to my fiance having a seizure, which is not like him. They stood around and just kept asking if he was on drugs, drank alcohol or smoked weed. Which he has never done drugs, and hardly drinks. Turns out after a CT scan, he has a tumor in his brain causing severe swelling. I told them something was wrong. They didn't listen. I have called on other occasions for my 8 year old son, who has epilepsy and sometimes his emergency medications do not stop the seizure, and so I will call 911 to transport him to the hospital because he needs more medication. But they do not listen and have just been extremely rude and judgemental every single time. I held my breath for the times they were rude when I called for my child, but I will not this time around for my fiance."
"They don't deserve 1 star with there FALSE statement with the hospital caused my mom's life. The hospital wouldn't talk to me about her medication she takes and she has Parkinson's the hospital didn't have her medication and if they would have talked to me it would have been a better situation. She also suffered from COVID and a UTI. She had been transported to a short rehab in Mason had to call the EMS and didn't get blamed for false statements. Thanks Westchester"
"The life squad responded quickly and gave me excellent care after I had a stroke. They saved my life!"
