"We had a great experience. Our departure time was 10:30am. I received a call from the owner of the company at 10:00 letting me know that our limo had blown an AC line and would not be able to pick us up. At 10:32 a 40 person charter bus equipped with a bathroom and flat screen tv arrived for our party of 12 and we couldn’t believe it. The limo was upgraded and they still kept our day on track. They were initially ahead of schedule which allowed us to still have a smooth day with a huge upgrade! We would recommend to anyone!!!"
