"Well I took an 8 year old girl with me today. I haven't been here since a year ago and as soon as I walk in the line is so awkward. Then I'm trying to see what she wants to do and trying to read the signs they have before I ask stupid questions. But I'm just being stared at. You'd think it'd be easier for them to just verbalize the options to me instead of coming in new, so unaware of what I'm doing. So I guessed and just said we'd pay the $27 for the two hours. Then the tokens seem to be a little overpriced. The worker in charge of the little train and in charge of the playground area in the skating rink were literally just glued to their phones. There's no reason for that. The female workers at the trampolines were friendly. The chicken tenders cost like $5 something and you only get 3! The bee game where you scoop the bees into the honeypot stops counting after you scoop 2 in so that's a rip off. The amount of tickets you have to use to get things is ridiculous! 40 tickets for a small piece of chocolate OMG. Better off holding onto your tickets and saving them for the future."

"It seems like it should be great, but this was a miss for us. My kids didn't really like it. The employees definitely didn't want to be there so maybe they picked up on that? It was kinda dead on the Friday night we visited. You can buy a pass for 1-3 hours that allows you to use all the rides, experiences during that time. The video games were extra and were beat up and had seen better days. There is a play place and roller skating. Also you can buy food and drinks."

"Entry is free. The arcade is token-based, but you'll need passes for the attractions and stuff like that. Kids had a blast. Some of the rides even fit much larger adults (like moi), from the go karts, to the bumper boats, and the Himalayan Coaster."

"Cute place for families. We're not from the area & we don't have anything like this close to home. So the kids & adults all enjoyed our time here. The young man working the bumper boats was amazing! So sweet, funny, & was great with my boys. So much to do! Everyone is great & it's certainly something I'd recommend for all families visiting the Cleveland area."
