"I do like the suite itself. The manager of the facility is very nice and as attentive as she can be. The owner is not very responsive upon several requests of trying to get information. Additionally, I am renting an office from them and rules for one renter are not the same as another. Specifically, our company is not allowed to leave a car parked out front of the building overnight. I accepted that EXCEPT another renter is allowed to do so. Last, the common area trash piles up frequently. Since this is "common" area, I would expect the building's admin team to handle that along with any other common area cleaning. I am very disappointed as I was expecting for my business to stay here for a long period of time as we grow."
