"My family was asked to arrive early, we arrived 30 minutes early to be told only a few more minutes for the next two hours. It's freezing and cramped in the lobby, and smells like death covered with fabreeze. Plans were not finalized and we were expecting to buy many things when we specified we only wanted the crematory. And with all of this, another person was helped shortly after they came in. Clearly the place didn't have their things on order, as they often use "apparently" and "probably" when we want answers and they keep asking things we already answered days ago. I suggest trying another place if you would like a less stressful cremation. We watched two people go in and out in a two nearly three hours span."
