"Earlier today me and my friend went to get her cars interior vacuumed and the exterior washed. We’ve came to this car wash and haven’t encountered any extreme events… that changed today. We first vacuumed the interior which ended up going fairly well, besides the stench the vacuuming system had, but that can be expected for the price. We decided to switch it up today and do the drive thru car wash rather than the manual one, this ended up being a bad decision. We paid $10 for the super deluxe wash, again not expecting anything special for the price. We waited 5-10 minutes for the green light to come on, but it never did. We tried pushing the refund/problem button, the button was unresponsive. This was a very disappointing experience for us and we hope Mr. Car Wash can have this problem fixed pronto."

"First time here. Pulled ip to the automatic wash, entered the credit card, and waited....NOTHING! There was a car behind us, so we pulled through and left. Attempts to call the number listed on Google, but it rang 12 times with no answer, twice. Makes you wonder how many have paid for a wash they never received"
