"I bought a battery off of them told them I didn't suspose to left nothing I had to put my own battery in and I had it in was tighten the two post when a boy that works for walked over and tighten them with a airgun and I didn't ask for there help it took him 2 second they charged me 120 for a battery that suspose to be 90 dollars for that they charged me $160 they need reported that the second time they got me and I'm going to try my best to report them if they did it to me how many other have they done it to. It don't take 4or 5 people to run that part store they stand around on the phone most of the time and they charge by the hour $460 dollars the first time to put brakes on my car. I diesel mechanic 30 year and that ain't right to take advantage of hard working people I'm not able to work on them and I had to move over to Hindman and depend on myself no one help KRCC or nobody my lease was up at Hazard I payed 2 people to help when it came time they were not there.People word ain't no good anymore but I do stick by what I say my words all you got and if it ain't your no good in my book thank you Mark Kilburn"
"If my house wasn't so close. I'd go anywhere but here. Very much would rather drive to hazard on a flat than deal with these guys. Once took a vehicle up there for tire realignment, stated vehicle will be ready the next day. 2 weeks passed and they did not take off the first lugnut of the tire. Just let it sit there like the lazy bums they are. Even the simplest 10 minute labor repair they will tell you 5 days. All of the workers stand around the cash register joking with one another and never work."
"Due to an accident right past the lights on 80, I had the vehicle towed there for repairs. The front left rim and tire was going to have to replaced. Upon further inspection it was determined that the I-beam was also going to have to be replaced. They said they would locate one and let me know. After several days I stopped by to check and determined they had been looking for the wrong part. The mechanic had to advise the clerk he was looking at the wrong part (no communication). The clerk said he would try to locate the I- beam then. Several days later I stopped by again and the clerk apologized and said he had forgotten about it (red flag). Several days later I stopped by and was advised that they couldn't find the I-beam (I understand it's for a 1994 Ford Ranger but at no time did we ever get a call from them, if we didn't call or stop by, we would've never known about any of this). They told me if we could find the part they would put put it on.Well, we found the part and I drove over 100 miles round trip to get itand I dropped it off in the bed of the truck since they weren't open yet. Once they opened I called and told them about the part and they said alright, they would try to get to it as soon has possible. I stopped by a couple of days later and when I ask the clerk, he told me that they couldn't find the part. I told him we had already gotten the part and had called and told them about it days ago. (Communication??). After almost 2 weeks, they finally got the I-beam on. Today is July 1st, the accident happened June 2nd and we still do not have the truck back. Now they're saying their waiting on the rim to arrive that they've ordered but have no idea when it will arrive and they tell us if we can find the rim they would put it on. Unacceptable. Poor communication all the way around. I've have always had good experiences with Goodyear garages but I cannot say this about Hindman Goodyear. I would not recommend them. P.S -The truck belonged to my 89 year old father in law who passed away in March and its very important to us, especially my wife, to get it back. It is very very sentimental to us. This has been extremely stressful on our family."
"They destroyed my transmission. Took my truck in to replace a transmission line, instead of replacing the line like we asked they put a compression fitting on it. 5 months down the road my transmission wouldn’t shift into fifth, checked the fluid and there was none, went to find the leak and it was pouring out of the fitting. Asked them about there warranty on the work they do and there response was we might warranty it a week or two or up to a month. There over priced and obviously don’t stand behind there work, find some where else."
"They do work and add work without consulting the customer and run the bill never ever again not a place for anyone much less those who don't know about repairs and cars which I do they chose the wrong bull to try to ride this time....I'll be saying more and doing more for sure. Can't stand unfair business practices and crooks to be continued..."
