"Went in to rent a car and had great customer service. Long story short we returned the vehicle a couple hours later bc circumstances changed. That whole process was super easy. My only issue is that an expensive pair of sunglasses was accidentally left behind and we realized it a couple hours into our drive back to Atlanta. We called and the employee confirmed they had the glasses. I asked if I could pay to have them mailed to me bc I would not be returning. They said they would have to check with someone higher up. It’s been almost a month and I haven’t heard a word back from them."
"My experience at Enterprise today was extremely disappointing. I arrived at the Newport location promptly at 4:00 p.m. to pick up my reserved car. Jacob, who was at the counter, did not acknowledge my arrival and when I approached him to complete my reservation, he delivered an unprofessional and shocking explanation: they were out of cars and I wouldn't be getting one today. I was left stranded, having been dropped off at the location with no alternative transportation plan in place. The complete lack of concern for my situation and the absence of any effort to assist me is a clear demonstration of zero customer service. Enterprise, you should be embarrassed by this level of service. Jacob's demeanor was highly unprofessional and he needs proper training on how to interact with customers. Additionally, leaving a fairly new employee alone in a store to make decisions without support from a manager reflects poorly on management. I urge Enterprise to address these issues promptly to prevent other customers from experiencing similar frustrations."
"I came here to rent a car for the day to head to Louisville, and at first they said they had no more cars. But after a little while, they gave me a beautiful 2023 Dodge Charger which rode like a charm. Shout out to Cade for his excellent service. 5/5"
"We did have a little bit of an issue. We reserved a midsized SUV, and the first enterprise tried giving us a minivan. I refused the minivan. Then we were told to go to a different enterprise cause they would have a midsized. And guess what? Nope, sure didn't. Now I will say this. The young guy working at the second location was trying. He was doing the work for us. We finally kinda said screw it and just wanted whatever cause it was late, and vacation started at midnight. So we were given a Jeep compass. There were only a couple of issues. Definitely not the size we needed, and we got a contact buzz! Yes, a contact buzz. But the car got us to Florida and back in one piece. And at the end of the day, that's all that matters"
"I hate to give a bad review, but I will say what I need to say... When I picked up the car, I waited 20 minutes to be waited on b/c there was only one person working. He was detailing a car I guess had to be rented. I got a small Honda SUV. There was supposed to be no smoking in the car, and there was a sticker, but there was a faint smell of smoke when you opened the door, but I guess I got used to it while driving. People need to be taught how to clean the windshield w/o leaving streaks. When I returned the car, again, I had to wait about 10 - 15 mins b/c of lack of personnel. Other than that, it was fine."
