"I gave them 5 stars last year for Courteous Drivers, effective support team and good luggage room. I’ve been using them for several years. But I downgraded them to 1 star and will stop using them. They talk you into paying in advance. When you have bad weather and flight cancellations, you have to stop planning your own rescue and call them instead otherwise they will just keep your money. They used the driver they sent for me for another passenger but they didn’t refund me a penny. If you do use them, do not pay in advance. Let them have an unpredictable workload because they have no mercy on customers who are already suffering from flight delays and cancellations. And don’t tip extra. They already add tip to the cost, shouldn’t customers have a say in how much to tip?"

"Professional, on time and reasonably priced. I had training in Covington, KY. The rate of $55 for round trip service from the airport to my hotel upon arrival and from my hitel to the airport for departure was reasonable. One of my coworkers paid $111 for an Uber or cab one way. The driver helped with my luggage, offered small talk, and drove safely. I was able to pay and include my tip from their airport kiosk."

"What a great experience we had. We scheduled for a non-medical wheel chair pick up for my mother to go see her physician after another company canceled. Mark arrived on time and was extremely helpful and friendly. A simple call to pick her up after her appointment, he was there in less than 10 minutes. We will definitely be using them again if we need assistance getting her to an appointment. Also, their rates are far more reasonable than most."

"Had a shuttle from the airport to a hotel downtown around 1:45am. The driver of van # 56 was driving way too fast, swerving in and out of traffic. The roads were wet and going fast down the hill to Cincinnati, was very scary."
