"I did not receive the correct food that I ordered. I ordered a sub and it did not say under the main heading that it included mayo on the sub but rather on the other side of menu board. When I said it did not day mayo under the main heading she took literally 3 min, for an employee to show me where it did say it had mayo. How would I have noticed that when it took the rude employee 3 minutes to find herself. She refused to remake my sandwich and I left with a sandwich I could not eat and threw in the garbage. I have to say the staff was rude , uncaring and lazy. I will never go back to jimmie johns again."
"Tip shamed by one of the employees for a pickup order that I placed, a drink that I had to fill myself. Not sure what service they offer that warrants a tip and to be called out in the restaurant for that is uncalled for. Will never be back to this location."

"Something is almost always wrong with my order, but I never speak up. Some days I am waiting over an hour and I work less than a mile away. I have had one of the worst weeks of my life and ordered a tuna club. There was no cheese. I called and they said they could remake it and bring it to me. I didn't feel like it was necessary today, but asked if I could get a credit for next week. Someone rude got on the phone and said that they could remake it and bring it today, but they refused to give me a credit over cheese. Forgive me, but I can't see a difference in whether it is today or another day. I have spent hundreds of dollars at this location over the years, but this was the last straw. They will no longer get my business. I will drive to Newport for Jersey Mike's."
