"I wanted to order an 8 piece chicken fry meal. I was told they were out and could only do 12 count. How does that even work? Are things not expensive enough, so you want more of my money?"

"This is the only Burger King where you can't have it your way. If you are vegan or a customer in general, I have to warn you about the extremely aggressive environment at this Burger King. I have never seen anything like it. I stopped eating here before the pandemic because an employee told me he didn't feel like making anything on the menu except the chicken and if I didn't want that then leave. We recently started ordering from them again after they started selling their Impossible burgers. I ask for no cheese, just plain, and even when I state that I'm vegan and can't eat cheese, they then add cheese every time. When I politely return the food and ask them for either a refund or to remake the food, either a clerk or the cook will come out yelling at me or blaming me and refuse to remake the food. A clerk once pointed at me when a cook was angry and blamed me for his mistake when I said no cheese face to face to him. The clerk typed cheese in and then ignored me at the register. Then the clerk came back and got aggressive and said they only made the impossible burger one way. Another time a clerk had to try to talk a cook down and hold him back who tried to intimidate me into leaving by yelling at me, told me, "I get what I asked for," and that no one is going to remake my food without cheese on it. Recently we got a Christmas gift card and asked for plain Impossible burgers and they sprayed non-vegan mayo on just one of the burgers. We do not eat mayo on burgers in general. I am very uncomfortable coming into the building when they act like they want to physically fight me. I reached out to the manager once for a refund and was ignored. Do not eat here, they yell at you in front of customers over some cheese or mayo, it's embarrassing, and sometimes I have to immediately leave because it feels like they are about to jump over the counter at me. This is bizarre and there are no consequences for these workers. They act however they want, are rude, and they haven't gotten my order right in over a year, whether inside, drive thru, or through apps. On deal days, the clerks will ignore the deals and charge you full price and you still don't get to eat or get your money back. And vegan burgers are not cheap."

"This BK is drive thru only. They have to doors locked so that you cannot walk in and order. My work truck is too big to go to through the drive-thru. Therefore Gold Star or Chipotle will get my money!"

"Nearly 5 minutes waiting at the speaker box.. followed by eleven more minutes sitting at the pay window (was only car there when I arrived)..I finally had to get out of my car and talk to the worker who was outside there just helping off the clock...for a wrap and small tots...get your store staffed Burger King .. and after all that the wrap was a sloppy mess I think my 4-year-old grandson could have made it better.. I unwrapped it and it basically fell apart in my lap.. then once I rebuilt it the chicken was chewy and grissly and the sauce was like liquid dripping out everywhere...tots were good though..Boooooo!! that's all I can say"
