"I meet my sister on many Sundays at the Ft. Wright Kyle’s Ln. for breakfast. We usually seek out LaTosha. She is so efficient and friendly. We just enjoy seeing her and she sees us coming and asks as she seating us if it’s our usual drinks. My sister is going through some health issues and LaTosha always asks about how she’s doing. Even when it’s full, the wait is generally reasonable. Prices have gone up and we’re both on a fixed income. So this has decreased the frequency of our visits. The place is decorated nicely - homey and warm. There is another Frisch’s nearby that was redecorated and is rather austere, and chilly - both in ambiance and actual temperature. We’ve quit going there even though it’s better in-between site."
"I came to the Kyle's Lane Frisch's, J.P., our server, was extremely friendly, gave excellent service, and was very helpful. It was a great experience and want the management and owners to know that he went above and beyond what I expected. Also, the restroom was clean, as well as the buffet area. "This location has really went downhill in the last few years the staff is horrible the signage states that they are open until 10:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday yet the staff states that the dining room closes at 8pm. It shouldn't take 19 minutes to get food once I arrived at the drive thru window total time in the drive thru was 35-40 minutes then food was incorrect once I got my food so even longer time to get it fixed. I don't recommend this location at all."
"Most disgusting Frisch's I have ever been to. Salad bar looked gross and not fresh, place was very dirty, manager had his son sleeping in a booth. We ended up leaving and going to a different location. Would recommend any other location but this one."
"Seated immediately, even though it was fairly busy. Waitress was quick, friendly, and attentive. To feed three people was less than $30!"
