"I don’t normally write reviews but I wanted to share my experiences that I have had with Bo Knez and his team. Bo is intimately involved in the entire process and his team pays attention to all of the details. It is refreshing to deal with a builder that has integrity and owns the process. He has the experience needed to avoid problems before the arise. I have dealt with a few different builders and I can easily say that Knez homes is the best by far."

"Worst buying experience I have ever endured. (Still enduring) Promises, promises, promises without delivery. During my new construction build I was given 3 different Project Managers, each of which ignored numerous items from my pre-purchase punch list > many of which are still unresolved more than one year later. Unfortunately my trust for this builder caused me to sign for the purchase of the home per the promises made that these "simple items" would be rectified asap. I have learned an extreme lesson as a result and will never build another home without the close assistance of a lawyer. Buyers beware, anything not in writing, will not get completed for you. These limited photos show just some of the craftsmanship I am being forced to accept with my new construction home build. Shameful. The home I paid to have built in 2020 is still not completed today (March of 2023). I am happy to discuss my experience in more detail with anyone considering building a new home. I hope no one has to experience the feeling of disregard and ignorance that I have been forced to endure during this most frustrating 3 year experience. 100's of phone calls....100's of emails begging for completion of my home...Knez now proudly ignores me because I signed on the dotted line. No need to make good on your promises I now know. Fool me once... "Bo and his team are amazing! It started with a small lot in Ohio City and they built our first home on it. They made it a simple and easy process and after dealing with other contractors when it comes to finishing the basement or hardscaping our backyard or renovating our new home, I realize how easy and professional Knez and the team are to work with. Everything was clear and laid out what to expect. Bo himself is a great guy as he is always willing to take a random phone call to ask about random questions such as Radon, Renovations, new areas I was looking to purchase in, new construction in those new areas, renovations in those new areas, and random home buying questions.
