"Very shady practice. Order online for a price on sale and when you go to the store, they charge you more than the order confirmation email. I have ordered from 3 other Sherwin Williams but this location is horrible. They say they cannot refund because of a system limitation (Who makes such as excuse in 2023?). Very good at making excuses so if you plan to order paint choose some other location. I have submitted a complaint against this location and sent Sherwin Williams proof."
